Allow me to introduce myself! Hi… I’m Leah, Owner of W’l (well). I'm what’s called a Vibist... energy stylist! I assist in raising your vibration. I curate appearances, address energy blocks, help clear them up and get you back on track so you can live a life that's beautiful af!
MY STORY IS YOUR STORY
My life hasn’t been easy. I lost both my parents as a child due to their addiction and became a teen Mom at the age of 15, which evolved to experiencing narcissistic trauma due to unhealed parts of myself. When I say you are not alone, you are not alone.
As a Master Haircutter. I've spent 35 years using my shears to craft the outward image of my clients. My thought had always been, cut + compliment = confidence! That was until Covid reared its ugly head! When the Pandemic hit, I had just found out I had Glaucoma. After already having 23 eye procedures to save my vision and being on a ton of meds to manage the affects of Diabetes, I knew I wanted to take a more holistic approach to my health and wellness, as well as the way I cared for my clients. The longer I quarantined the more I realized how shallow we can be as humans! I began feeling like I wasted 35 years working on peoples’ outsides, when in fact, it’s the inside that really matters the most!
I decided to take a step back, reevaluate my interest, and make some changes. I wanted to change the narrative of how I showed up in life, as well as in my business. My Cut Junkie brand fit who I was at a time in my life when being recognized as a Master Cutter was my focus. However, the deeper I delved into my Buddhist practice and holistic alternatives, the more I changed within the space I held. The process showed me what really mattered the most... being authentic, self care, and resolute happiness! Until that moment, I had always experienced those moments through my shears but this was different. I needed to find a way to have the same experience internally! Studying energy work and integrating it into my beauty offerings was it! I have spent the past 3 1/2 years studying and doing my own work. My journey led me to become a Embeautyment Practitioner and obtain my Ascension Diamond Light Reiki & Usui/Holy Fire III - Reiki II Practitioner Certification, as well as a 13 Octive LaHoChi Practitioner Certifications.
